ruling on federal day of prayer

Apr 17, 2010, 12:17 PM

2010 Cycle #1

Thank you for your leadership and courage in ruling that a federal day of prayer is unconstitutional. There are many who would shy away from addressing an issue that is as emotionally charged, misunderstood by the masses, and so clearly based on irrational thought. I have no doubt you will encounter strong resistance, harsh language, and possibly even threats as a result of this ruling. However, the Founding Fathers' intention is clear, and you've fortified our FIrst Amendment to a very substantial degree. You have MANY supporters!
