 Judge Goodwin's gotta go

Nov 20, 2009, 3:21 PM

 Re: Goodwin, Joseph Robert

#26

We all need to kick Judge Goodwin off the bench for forcing a vaccine on our children that was NOT TESTED PROPERLY, BECAUSE THE FDA GRANTED A WAIVER TO THE COMPANY BAXTER THAT MAKES THE VACCINES. THE COMPANY BAXTER WAS GRANTED IMMUNITY FROM ANY LAWSUITS THAT COULD ARISE FROM EFFECTS OF THE VACCINE. THE VACCINES ARE PERMANENTLY HARMING ALMOST AS MANY PEOPLE AS THE FLU. GOOGLE THE H1N1 VACCINE INGREDIENTS AND ASK A DOCTOR ABOUT THEM, THE MEDIA DOES NOT KNOW WHATS BEST. THEY SAY WHAT THEY ARE TOLD TO SAY.

 Salary for SD WVa clerks?

Jul 15, 2010, 9:36 PM

#43

Anyone know the JSP locality adjustment for SD WVa clerks? The US Courts website lumps WV in with DC-MD-PA, but that just seems wrong. Is it lumped under the "Rest of the United States" locality table? http://www.uscourts.gov/Careers/Compensation/JudiciarySalaryPlanLocalityRatePayTables.aspx

 – Anonymous (Unregistered)

 re: salary for SDWV clerks

Jul 15, 2010, 10:58 PM

#44

I am not an employee of the judiciary, so my answer is nothing more than an opinion, but I think SDWV would fall under Rest of US. The lumping of WV-DC-MD-PA-VA suggests to me that they are referring to the DC Metro area, which tends to include the eastern panhandle of west virginia. So, in my opinion that rate of compensation would include NDWV court sitting in Martinsburg, WV, but would not include any courts in SDWV

 re: salary

Jul 17, 2010, 1:42 AM

#45

Yes, the above post is correct. Only Morgan, Jefferson, Hampshire, and Berkeley counties fall under the "DC-Baltimore Pay Area." The remainder of WV is considered part of the lower, residuary par area. I was tricked, initially.
