I noticied that Oscar listed that with a start date of next month. At first I thought it was an error, but they updated it - one of his prior clerks must have bailed. It's also hard to get people down in the valley. He's a super young looking guy, make sure you don't mistake him for the clerk if you visit chambers.

one of the two 2007-2008 term clerks was a 2007 grad from Ave Maria School of Law, hired as a student. the other was a 2007 U of Virginia grad, also hired as a student. one of the two 2008-2009 term clerks was a Texas 2008 grad, hired as a student. the other was the same Ave grad, electing to stay a 2d term. This Ave grad elected again to stay for the 2009-2010 term, making a 3d term. the second 2009-2010 term clerk was a Texas Dec. 2008 grad. For 2010-2011, the Ave grad elected to stay a 4th term. interviews are still in process to fill the second term position.
