My impression was that follow-ups would come early this week. Monday is Judge Carr's hearing day, so I would think calls would come tomorrow.

1. Judge Carr is now Senior, and no longer Chief Judge. Judge Oliver is now Chief Judge.
2. Judge Aldrich has unfortunately passed away.
3. Magistrate Judge Pearson is stalled in the senate for a district court spot in Youngstown.
4. Senator Brown has selected Jeff Helmick, a Toledo attorney, to recommend to President Obama to replace Judge Carr.
5. Magistrate Judge Armstrong has taken recall status, and her replacement is Magistrate Judge Jim Knepp.

Carr went senior status and therefore only has two clerks. 2010-11: Columbia and Harvard. 2011-12: Michigan and Harvard (or so I've heard).
