 Summary Judgement Decisions

Aug 25, 2010, 6:40 PM

2010 Cycle #1

You reviewed my summary judgement doucuments and you denied many of my claims. In fact it appears that all of you magistrate judges are doing pretty much the same thing. I do not see how one person can decide the merits of my case when in fact you ignored everything (evidence) of racial discrimination and sexual harassment. I managed to win every allegation the county made against me at the personnel board level, the Ga. Superior Court, the Ga. Department of Unemployment and the EEOC -- but you came along and dismissed my claims. How can you do that??
