How prestigious is a clerkship on this court compared to a district court clerkship? What are the exit opportunities?

As usual, that all depends. It's not an A3 court, and I think that does have some effect on its prestige, although the practical difference can be limited. I'd say that if you're interested in government contracts and tax, the CFC clerkship will carry weight in those relevant legal communities. Otherwise, a district court would probably be a better bet, both experientially and in terms of prestige.

But in this market, a clerkship is a clerkship. And the litigation in the Fed Ct. of Claims is fairly technical. For DC practices, this is a good court.

When is some one going to stand up for justice. For you wouldn't want a little tiny crying baby under these NSA torture echelon's where they can be tortured 24/27 by just hearing voices in the ears for it is brain wash and cold. what happend to believeing in having people be who they are for this is why 9/11 happend the radio communications on top of the twin towers in New York with verizon wireless right next store to it. That why the plane jackers wanted to take the twin towers down, and thats also why the were made at the whitehouse for not listening to them for bush should be a arrested for not up holding the us constitution and the executive order that not suppose to suseed the constitution. I don't want this to be on the back burner I want this all over the news papers and I want people to know what their government does for it is not kind and I want it to stop, Echelon, Big brother, spy encryption all to stop for I had been spied on my neighbors and harrassed by a service solider whom thought he was putting my name on a encyption just because he could as a joke, but he never got caught and should be punished for I am suffering. How would you like it if they did it to you for The justice sucks and should end this cruel punishment now.
