At least it was a nice letter, though ITE I don't exactly share his optimism that clerkship opportunities exist for all 1,000+ of his applicants.

Does J. Lee still have a vacancy for 2010? A few weeks ago he advertised for a 2010 position on OSCAR, but I'm not sure if it is a typo and meant to say 2011? Did one of his clerks drop out?
