Professional Career History:

From 1977 to 1979, Magistrate Judge Wall served as a Special Assistant New York Attorney General for the Office of the State Prosecutor, in which he investigated and prosecuted corruption within the New York City criminal justice system. From 1979 until his judicial appointment in 2000, he was with the New York law firm of Farrell Fritz, where his practice included the defense of individuals and corporations charged with violations of environmental and other regulatory laws.
