Judge Bunning abused his discretion in case no. 08-131-DLB and 07-183-DLB I have evidence of his own papers, that prove that he has a conflict of interest with opposing counsel and when i filed portions of the evidence into the record he retaliated. When i fileda writ of mandamus for case no. 07-183-DLB, it proved that case no. 08-131-DLB was indeed valid and his dismissal of it was an intentional mistake.
