Judge Miller will have a Vanderbilt clerk for 2009-10. Chief Judge Holmes will have a Vanderbilt clerk for 2009-11. Both were students.

Judge Miller will have clerks from University of Texas and University of Chicago for 2010 - 2011. He will have a clerk from Tulane for 2011 - 2012.
