I am goin to have case 05-CV-311B reviewed again.Attourneys John Hursh and Nicholas Vassallo may be responsible for missleading the court and burying evidence that needed to be presented so that our elerly judge could see it. It's not a game to us.I'm in a lot of pain every day because the defendants in my case were allowed to ignore expert testemony as merely probable or possibly the truth.I bet I would not be allowed the same defense if I was the defense!
