Oct 7, 2009, 2:07 PM

 Re: Greenaway, Joseph A. Jr.

#23

When he called me, I wasnt told a date. I assumed 2010 cause I applied for it and I got called near the date. But someone said all are 2011. It makes sense if he is doing both cause if he is moved up he will need 2010 clerks even if he takes his 2 district court clerks. If he doesn't move up then he still needs 2 dct clerks.

My impression is that he has completed making calls and scheduling interviews. He is hiring for one spot for 2011-12 and has completed 2010-11. Greenaway received unanimous consent from the Senate Judiciary Committee for his nomination to the 3rd Circuit. He is up for a full Senate vote.
