Both Chief Judge Winmill and Judge Lodge have career clerks and will not hire in the foreseeable future. Magistrate Judges Boyle and Williams are on recall status, and will not be hiring. Both Magistrate Judges Bush and Chief Magistrate Judge Dale have one rotating term clerk at this time. Chief Judge Dale's term clerk position is currently posted. There is also a bankruptcy law clerk position posted. Check Idaho State Bar website.
