Lifland, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, is accepting applications from deferred 3Ls/recent graduates for an unpaid potentially 1-year judicial clerkship position to begin fall 2009. The judge is very flexible in terms of time commitment and start date.
