Early hiring for 2011 and 2012?

Which judges have already hired clerks for 2011-12? Of those judges, who is hiring 3L's off-plan? I've also received word of a few judges hiring for 2012-13. Judges on the Tenth Circuit have started hiring early as well. I know of at least two.
