Judge Davis is assigned to my Docketed Case 08-1087 before COVA. Do I have the "Right" to be present for this review. Do I have the legal right to make a "Statement of the Case" in my own supportive assumptions that Judge Davis is Biased by his literary achivements in the exact areas that due process has been grossly violated and his sterling credentials lead me to believe after I re-render the facts of record as they stood dated July 1st, 1965 and back track to that day date through 1964, 63, 62, 61, 60....1942 @ 371File:7117 ...I will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that I Richard Charles Fox/Fournier has been Harmed by wrong action of those involved in ever aspect of all denials which articulated "No Evidence to support my various Claims" I deserve to be heard because I stated in the reopening of the claim was the one denied in 1967.
