Does anyone know anything about Judge Sloviter's hiring practices? Is it easier to get a clerkship with her b/c of all the rumors about her being a very tough boss?

Have heard from multiple sources that she is absolutely terrible to work for. I would imagine it would be easier to get a clerkship with her given the smaller pool of applicants, but that's a guess. Not worth it in my opinion.

I've clerked for her and her reputation is overblown. She is a great judge and a thoughtful person - neither a slave driver nor mean spirited. This image of her has gone way beyond reality.
