For 08-09 Siler currently has two Georgetown clerks, a U of Kentucky clerk, and a clerk from Florida Coastal School of Law.
For 09-10 Siler has the above listed clerks, plus an incoming clerk from U of Kentucky, with one more to be named at a later date.

Without going into too many details, our source retracted the confirmation after discovering that it was based on a miscommunication. Ironically LCA's report may have caused that OSCAR posting to go up today.

I too would like to know how sure we are that Griffin is done. His OSCAR posting said that he would accept apps until July 31 (today) and would hold interviews Aug. 10 - Aug. 31. Since he's going to be in Cincinnati for oral arguments next week and he's presumably been preparing for them, I'd be surprised if he'd finished hiring.

I can confirm that Kethledge is done. One of his hires was a 3L from Texas. I haven't heard about the others.
Kethledge's chambers are definitely in Ann Arbor, not Detroit. I drive by the building every day.
