Grades Apr 27, 2009, 4:11 PM  2010 Cycle #1 Can anyone let me know if Judge Pooler has a grade cutoff, and if so, what that is for a top 10 (non HYS) school? So, I probably wouldn't that much into it... after all, if it was really selective, six people on this site wouldn't have claimed to have gotten it.  – Anonymous (Unregistered)      Email Oct 7, 2009, 10:41 AM  2010 Cycle #16 To be fair, it makes sense at this late stage to ensure that candidates are available before scrutinizing them. Particularly since a 2nd Circuit judge can usually hire "stars." If there is any consolation, many of the people contacted will have already accepted elsewhere and won't be interviewing (like me).
