The Fordham listing for the 2008-09 term is incorrect. The listing should be Harvard.
I spoke with chambers a few weeks ago and heard there was no movement thus far, and that the judge was waiting to see what the fall applicant pool looked like.

Should the 2008-09 Fordham clerk be listed for 2007-08? We have a name (initials ED) so I don't think the whole listing is wrong.

No Fordham clerks for 2007-08; ED graduated from YLS as far as I know. You are definitely missing an HLS grad for 2008-09.

I just got a letter from Judge O'Scannlain stating that he does not conduct interviews until the fall, so he may do both alumni and current 3Ls concurrently.

Depends on whether you applied for 2010-11 or 2011-12. If for 2010-11, he's clearly done, but like the other commentator said, he shouldn't be reviewing for 2011-12 yet.

As I understand it, the letter/email was to 2010-11 applicants, asking if they'd like to be considered for 2011-12. If you applied for 2011-12 in the first place, there would be no reason to contact you yet. You're probably OK still.
