 OSCAR open

2010 Cycle #8

Agee has a new post on OSCAR. This one and the old one that expired are both 2 year clerkships. Anyone know if this is a different slot or if he just didn't like the people who applied for the old post? Has he made an offer from that first post yet? Should people who applied to the first one re-apply to the second?

Judge Agee's new application basically says students need not apply. Prior clerking or practice experience is required.
