Judge Agee's OSCAR listing changed his chambers back from Salem to Richmond. Any idea what's going on here?

Agee's two year clerkship has "expired." Does that mean he's done?

Agee has a new post on OSCAR. This one and the old one that expired are both 2 year clerkships. Anyone know if this is a different slot or if he just didn't like the people who applied for the old post? Has he made an offer from that first post yet? Should people who applied to the first one re-apply to the second?

Judge Agee's new application basically says students need not apply. Prior clerking or practice experience is required.

"Agee hired a second w&l alum 2nd term clerk for 2010."
How does someone hire a 2nd term clerk? Do you mean he hired 2-term clerk?

From what I understand, Agee hired a Washington and Lee Alum for 2010-12 that is clerking elsewhere this year.

Per OSCAR, "Applicants should have prior experience as a state appellate or federal law clerk, or comparable experience in government or private practice."
It also says he wants people from "the Commonwealth".
