It's tough to keep up with the almost 2000 judges in our database, and we haven't even entered the bankruptcy or state supreme court judges yet! Wilkins has been changed from senior to former.

The clerks for the 2009 term are from GULC, Stanford, UNC, and Harvard. The Berkeley clerk is for the 2010 term (as correctly noted).

For those who don't know, Judge Williams doesn't use OSCAR, even though it says she does. Unless she changed her practices recently, to apply you have to send your materials to kjw.clerk.apps@gmail.com

Wilkinson may be done. He had hired one HLS 3L a while back and made at least two offers today. Don't know anything about the last one, but wouldn't be surprised if he locked it all up today.

Unless Andre Davis is confirmed very soon and hasn't already hired his extra clerk or two for 2009-10, it's hard to see how these people are going to just "slip in" with another judge a month before their clerkships were set to begin.
