Have any alums heard anything from Chief Judge Jones? I know she traditionally waits until September to interview, but am wondering if she schedules interviews before then or otherwise corresponds with applicants.

From my experience, 21, Jones sticks extremely tightly to the letter of the plan and won't deviate by a minute. Don't expect any early contact.

My friend applied as an alum and got a nice acknowledgement letter from Judge Jones, but I applied before him and never received one. Does Jones send those letters to everyone or only to people she intends to interview later? Need to figure out if she got my application.

The rumor is that Jones interviewed one alum early because of extremely exigent circumstances, but she has not done any other interviews, let alone extended any offers. She is a strong believer in the plan.
