Can anyone answer either (or both) of the following questions: 1. I've heard that there is a salary bump for pre-law school work experience on the Fed. Cir. Is that the case? Does anyone have details? 2. Does anyone have a list of which Fed. Cir. judges take clerks for 1 year as opposed to 2?
