Honestly, what's the story here? Ginsburg is basically the only DC Circuit judge that doesn't have a full list for 2010-11 on here and hasn't marked his positions filled on OSCAR. It would be nice if someone could just go ahead and tell us that he's full for 2010 so we can go ahead and put this thing to bed.

I mean... looks like he's hiring for 2010. Doesn't seem like a typo because the job description repeats that he's looking for a clerk for the 2010-2011 term with expertise in antitrust.
